Well, in a first round, for historical reasons, we went with Thunderbird, which I find ... [put in expletive of choice]. After a few months we decided to change to Outlook ... I cannot recommend TB! anymore because it does not enhance productivity anymore. It hinders it. For instance, I have to start the program two times when I run it the first time because some message stays in the Mail Ticker although it is marked read and deleted. That is not just annoying.
