I'm on the same position as you. We cannot read that messages and cannot answer 
the question if we will be on that meeting or not. I need to open those 
messages on my cell phone to accept the meeting.

If it's an optional plugin or not it will be ok for me. But as you described at 
this moment those types of emails are a problem using TB!.
