Perhaps someone else has already answered, but if not [did not change my settings to English, but Dutch should do]:

In The Bat! (or any other email-client)
  • First save the .ics file to disk




Then in Google Agenda
  • Go to settings:





  • Choose Import & Export




Find the ics-file and choose import:
