I did. Nothing. And I looked in the subfolder accounts. Not there.

There are quite a few .def extensions in the main directory of The
Bat! now. Including msgfinder.def and msgview.def and tbmain.def.

I don't remember so many .def extensions in the past, when I still
used to have a tbuser.def.

I have never made a change from the default setup, myself.

Well, I got my strange box right after fooling around in Customise.
But all I did was attempt to add an icon to the Quick Search
toolbar--which did not get added.

And I probably lost my tbuser.def when I was testing the effect of
installing 3.70.07 over 3.65.01. By which I confirmed Alex. of
Slovakia's report that this order of installation will result in the
loss of customised shortcuts.

Probably by erasing the tbuser.def file. Or that's my working theory
at the moment.
