Here we go again with the personal attacks. You pack guys must really

That response tells me that you don't have _any_ logical defense nor
explanation to what I've posted.

This has _nothing_ absolutely _nothing_ to do with their COMPLIANCE (look up
the word in a dictionary, ok?). TB! handles email imports INCORRECTLY.
Period. End of story. And far as I'm concerned, there is already not
only a report, but several posts about it. What more do you need? A
map?
