Hello TBTECH, I've been running a The Bat! client/server system with three computers in our small company email system.
I notice that the client / server mode has been deprecated in the most recent versions of The Bat!, so I'm thinking about what to do to stay current. The major selling point for us using client / server mode is that multiple clients can simultaneously have the same message bases open, and any client can respond to an incoming mail in a collaborative manner. I can't find any information about whether BatPost! server makes the same functionality available to The Bat! clients. Can someone point me at a primer that discusses how to configure BatPost in the same way we are using TheBat client/server mode. Also, is it possible to import existing The Bat! message bases and folder/filter structures into BatPost! server. And is it possible to run BatPost! server and TheBat! client on the same XP box? Many thanks for your help. -- Best regards, David mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] ________________________________________________________ http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
