The Received Date only show when you connected to the Internet and
downloaded the mesg. It has nothing to do with the headers or whne the
message was sent.

What is the time zone of reference for the above times, i.e. in which
time zone are you located? I can't actually check that, because your
header on TBUDL comes from Dutaint/Indonesia.

22:38 GMT-0800 is equivalent to 19:38 GMT-1100. Is that where you are:
one time zone West of Hawaii?

T> <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Wed, 15 Dec 1999 22:38:09 -0800

Equivalent to 06:38 GMT on Thu 16.Dec.

T> <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Wed, 15 Dec 1999 22:38:09 -0800 (PST)

Ditto.

We have moved the time zxone of reference from PST (U.S.West Coast) to
EST (U.S.East Coast). The absolute time (GMT or UTC, whichever you
prefer) ist stil the same.

Ditto. And this remains the same as 19:38 on Wed 15.Dec in time zone
GMT-1100.
