I suggest above that the header section remains as is now; handled by
TB. This way, the addressbook functions etc will remain the same. I
would also advocate for TB to make all headers editable - I don't see
a need to do this simple task (from an editor's perspective) with the
external editor, but that's a matter of taste. Only the message body
is to be composed in the external editor.

Sounds good to me. What happens in PMMail when you are finsihed
editing and want to send/save/discard the message?
