Are you sure? My Bat works as Havivah said--no recipient-specific
template if the "Use specific template..." option isn't checked.
Yes, I followed your step, and no, it doesn't work if the option
isn't checked. In fact, if the option isn't checked, the template
area is grayed out, and you can't edit anything there.
