Problem is, I get most of his mail through a mailing list, and no one
else seems to mind (even if he is the only one using HTML).
What I can't understand is why the filter action didn't work the way
I'd have expected. Of course there are several explanations, not all
fully tested:
1) HTML are a different sort of attachment (alternative versus mixed
or some such)
2) I shouldn't have tried to direct it to the trash folder (probably
wouldn't have auto-purged anyway, not being messages but files and
all)
My previous mail client (Eudora Pro 4) automatically stripped the
superfluous message copy, but guess which version it considered
superfluous ;o)
