Most lists, except this one, and most BSD/Linux/UNIX do use and
condone HTML formatted E-mail. I still have not figured out why a
_Windows_ based list is having such a hard time with
_Pre-Formatted_Text_.
Not wanting to go to war on this, and I prefer _Plain_Text_, but it
seems to me that the _Frills_ are what _Windows_ is all about!
