On 01 January 2001 at 17:51:27 -0800 (which was 01:51 where I
live) George F. Schoelles wrote and made these points:

"It"? TB or PGP? PGP must be > TB and you must manually re-flow (using
Alt-L in the TB editor) quoted material to avoid bad line breaking.

GFS> 4 With the problems at NAI, we all may need to revert to Windows
GFS> 3.1 and PGP 2.6.2 with PGPclick or alike.

To which problems are you alluding?
