The attachments I send stay where they are. They're files that
already exist, each in whatever folder is appropriate. Obviously,
one of those could be changed after sending it, and although the
date would show that, I think Marck means that keeping with the
message separately is a legally demonstrable proof of what was sent
(i.e a contract, for instance).
