I could be wrong but I believe it means that if an attachment you want
to send out is not in your default Attachment Folder *and* you have that
option checked, TB will then send a copy of the attachment from where it
resides. If the option is *not* checked, then TB will move a copy of
that attachment to the default Attachment Folder... and send from there,
leaving you with two copies of the same attachment on your HDD: It's
original Folder and now the default Attachment Folder.
