No. I hardly delete mail so if I delete something it's because it
really deserves deletion without hesitation. :-)

After inspecting your trash folder, hit CTRL-Del with the trash folder
open and the folder pane in focus. When the confirmation message
appears, hit OK. Why do you need a delete trash command specifically?
