I'd have her attach and e-mail you the messages.tbb and messages.tbi, then you could stick them in a directory in your MAIL folder, and create the folder in TB. Then see what happens. That way you could tell what she did maybe. My honest guess. She meant to empty the TRASH folder, but did it to the INBOX, then she P&C'd. Just my thoughts on it.
