Because, once when very new to TB, while emptying trash I trashed "sent" which follows alphabetically in my lineup and had to retrieve everything I had sent <laughter>. Thus, I fully understand what the person's computer-intermediate mother might have done. I admin a mailing list of about 1500 computer-genealogy newbies. I *know* what they are capable of doing if I managed to do that. That's why most of them are using friendly mail programs. That's what they can handle right now and that's why Gates has his money.
