You can effectively do this in TB. Write a selective download filter
set to allow in the legitimate traffic then invoke the dispatcher
for what remains on the server having done that. Of course, Anne is
screening virus infections that way too and they would sneak past a
selective download filter since they originate from folks you know -
who have your email address on file. So that method wouldn't suit
her.
