I get many of those everyday, most of my work related e-mail. As I have said before on this list, that is very common in business e-mail, at least between the people I deal with from different countries around the world. I will not say it is better or worse because that can't be established objectively. You get used to it, that's all, and very rarely you need to scroll down to the quoted message(s). Yes, many times the whole "conversation" is quoted. A waste of bandwidth? Yes, but many people prefer to waste bandwidth than "waste time" trimming and formatting. -- Best regards, Miguel A.
