Yes. I have Ctrl-Shift-Z set for that, and it opens the Mail Ticker
"virtual folder" with the messages in it.
Highlight "Open MailTicker messages" and then Right Click on it and
choose Edit. There you'll get a window where you can enter the keys
you want to use.
