I thought "read" as > opened is the same as "read" by CTRL-M. I usually read in the preview pane. Any message displayed for 2 seconds triggers a filter that assigns it to my "messages I have read" colour group, where a read message is white and not bold. CTRL-M (or context menu/ "mark as read") does not change the colour group. -- Best regards, MFPA You can't build a reputation on what you are going to do Using The Bat! v4.0.38 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 ________________________________________________ Current version is 4.1.7 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
