Sorry to be so late in joining the thread. I'm Australian and tech writing is my second career. I recently finished a bachelor's degree in IT, specialising in HCI, and am currently the sole tech writer and sometimes tester in my office.
I'm currently wrestling with the beast that is Framemaker with a view to implementing DITA in the new year, and decided that I should probably join a few lists so I could get some advice. I've really enjoyed this list so far, nice meeting you all and thanks for sharing! Cheers, Trish :) _______________________________________________ Are you a Help Authoring Trainer or Consultant?
