The closest thing I can find to a statement of the list's purpose is:

"Looking for a place to discuss your technical communication issues,
ask questions, and build a network of contacts in the industry? You've
found it!"

So, unless the list is failing to live up to these things in some way,
there's no real need for a wiki.
