Another old and wicked writer new to blogs and wikis:

1.  I think the idea is interesting, and could be a good way to learn about
such things.

2.  As I'm understanding from some research and the discussions, a wiki
would be a place to collect technical writing "best practices" -- those
tasty bits that take our efforts from "compliance with requirements" to
"wow".  Of course, we could also include compliance topics.

3.  Define "regularly".  Check it once in a while?  Certainly.

4.  With collaborators/editors, gladly.
