I have been a technical writer for 11 years, and have a B.A. in Technical & Professional Writing. I have absolutely no desire to be a documentation manager. While I come close in my role as sole writer on a project I am on, I do not desire to manage other writers. I'd rather be doing the writing than managing those who are. I've seen too many writers who took on the role of documentation manager end not getting to do any of the first part of the title because they spend all of the time doing the latter part! -- -David Castro [EMAIL PROTECTED] ______________________________________________ Are you a Help Authoring Trainer or Consultant?
