This is very odd...
I have one file with six broken cross references. They are all cross
references to another file, so I can understand that one and know exactly
how to fix it.
But in the file with ~50 broken xrefs, the first one I looked at
references a paragraph in the same document, and as far as I can see, it
is correct in the mif file. So, what am I not seeing?
