Hi, Tarage -- It's like this: The body of our manuals goes in a single PDF. All of our subcontractor documentation is contained in separate PDFs. We then create bookmarks for the appropriate subcontractor docs at the end of the main PDF and use Actions so that when an end user clicks on the bookmark, the appropriate subcontractor document opens. So far so good. This I can do easily enough.
The trick then is to get the main document AND all the subcontractor docs that are bookmarked within the main document to print by a single execution of the print command from the main document. I've studied my predecessor's PDFs and to all external appearances, I've done them exactly the same way. But when I go to print, it's not working. Only the main document comes out of the printer. Or do you mean just the pages that have bookmarks associated with them? The only thing that's coming to mind is that perhaps she used named destinations to set up the PDF and there's a way to print by printing each page that has a named destination.... Sorry!
