Hmm. I don't see anything immediately obvious in Acrobat 7, but then again I'm not entirely sure what you mean. You have separate files embedded in a PDF that you're printing? Or do you mean just the pages that have bookmarks associated with them? The only thing that's coming to mind is that perhaps she used named destinations to set up the PDF and there's a way to print by printing each page that has a named destination....
