Time for one of those nagging questions: My predecessor (who was gone before I arrived) had a technique for building and printing PDFs that enabled her to print not only the main PDF but also all the other PDF files that were bookmarked within the main document. One print command and all the docs were on their merry way to the printer. She apparently had no special plug-ins. Seems like it must be something simple, but I've tried without success to emulate the structure and replicate the results. Any insight into the proper technique?
