One other point: it's been my experience that documentation is seldom singled out to be the only group that gets these last minute changes imposed on it by surprise edict. Most of the time the people who have to burn the CDs, figure out how all the bits and pieces fit into the vacuum-formed trays, etc., are going to be right behind you in the grumble line. Poor decision making by management is usually an equal opportunity PITA.
