Well, I wouldn't say *that*. I've connected with them more times than I've missed. On the other hand, there have been plenty of times when they've come up with something that needs doing or a position that needs filling, asked me, and I've turned it down because it wasn't the sort of thing that I wanted to do -- but not necessarily because I didn't think it needed doing.
