Ya'know...I had the same experience. Except my problem was that reading them wasn't FUN any longer, so I asked them if they could switch to a really fun font called "Critter".
They LAUGHED at me. Well...you can imagine how upset I was...I mean, this did nothing to address my customer complaint that I COULD NOT EVEN ENJOY READING IT.
