I'm a lone writer for a company that has two separate SCRUM teams in the Engineering department. I support both teams, but generally am only focusing on one of the teams at a time (whichever team's product is closest to release).
The trick for me is to be able to pick up and move between projects easily. I don't attend every SCRUM meeting, though I attend *most* of the meetings for my most-active project (or I attend the meeting where I have team-related questions, if I'm working on both projects simultaneously). In our company, our SCRUM masters have decided not to include my work in the project outlines/project plans since I do so much jumping between teams. My work is therefore not reflected on the burndown charts, but in the end, they don't care because I always get my stuff done. I'm not sure what more to say on the subject.... If you have any more specific questions, feel free to ask. -Paul Pehrson Midvale, UT On 4/12/07, Roberts, Katie <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Hello All, > Our IT-SE department is moving to an Agile development process using > Scrum.
