It has been quiet, hasn't it? What's everyone up to? We have a big release coming up, so I spent the last few months cranking out my share of the product documentation. The pressure is finally letting up, so I can come up for air and see what's going on with the world around me. I'm in the office in the Chicago area this week enjoying the nice spring SNOW. Ack! It sure makes me appreciate that I get to work from home most of the time. I made a few LinkedIn connections in the past with people from this list, so I'll bring up the subject again. For the last 7 or 8 months, I've been connecting on LinkedIn with people all around the world (I don't limit myself to people who I know well). It's fun talking about common interests with people who live on the other side of the country or even the other side of the world. A few of the connections may result in opportunities to do some writing or editing on the side--some as a volunteer and some for pay.
