The WinXP drivers are installed on the server. And the Windows 7 machine prints 
to the network printer just fine.  

The library had the company who installed and networked the printer come out 
and take a look.  They told me that the tech came in, looked at the printer, 
and said "It works, it is your server." and walked out.

Speaking of drivers, XP and V/W7 drivers do not play well together.  Always 
look for UPDs-universal print drivers that cover all M$ stuff.
