I just wanted to post this to the tech-geeks mail list and see if anyone has
done anything with a Nortel Phone System.  We are having a issue where we
try to setup so that when we are closed or working during the later hours of
the night or weekends that it will play a recorded voice message stating our
hours of operation and that they should call back during that time.  It was
working til about 4 months ago when something got changed and we don't know
what got changed but now it won't play the hours of operation message on the
weekends and tells the caller to hold on the line for the next available
agent when there is no one here.  Does anyone have any ideas what might be
causing this or know of a dummies guide to the nortel phone systems?
