I need to look at ours as it has been a while since I was in that spot, but I think it had a daily setting and you had to set all the days of the week individually. We had one that rebooted the phone system every 14 days. That was a tuff one to track down as the screen on the old BCM was tied to a specific version of Java. We are having a issue where we try to setup so that when we are closed or working during the later hours of the night or weekends that it will play a recorded voice message stating our hours of operation and that they should call back during that time. It was working til about 4 months ago when something got changed and we don't know what got changed but now it won't play the hours of operation message on the weekends and tells the caller to hold on the line for the next available agent when there is no one here. Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this or know of a dummies guide to the nortel phone systems? Appreciate all the help we can get thanks in advance.
