Sounds like something in the schedule. I need to look at ours as it has been a 
while since I was in that spot, but I think it had a daily setting and you had 
to set all the days of the week individually. We had one that rebooted the 
phone system every 14 days. That was a tuff one to track down as the screen on 
the old BCM was tied to a specific version of Java. If you didn't run that 
version, everything appeared unset.

        No we haven't switch different model of a phone that had a night button 
on it.  Also this issue only really seems to happen on the weekends cause 
during the week it will work correctly without any issues but once it hits the 
end of day friday at 5:30 it rolls over to the night time message but come

        I just wanted to post this to the tech-geeks mail list and see if 
anyone has done anything with a Nortel Phone System.  We are having a issue 
where we try to setup so that when we are closed or working during the later 
hours of the night or weekends that it will play a recorded voice message 
stating our hours of operation and that they should call back during that time. 
 It was working til about 4 months ago when something got changed and we don't 
know what got changed but now it won't play the hours of operation message on 
the weekends and tells the caller to hold on the line for the next available 
agent when there is no one here.  Does anyone have any ideas what might be 
causing this or know of a dummies guide to the nortel phone systems?  
Appreciate all the help we can get thanks in advance.
