I'm personally a fan of phpLDAPAdmin for web-based admin. It's
relatively point and grunt, although you may need to write up a quick
HOWTO for your users on how to locate the record they're looking for.

Apache Directory Studio is something you could investigate if you're
willing to forego web-based functionality. I'm guessing you're not
thouhg, (I wouldn't be, not for lightweight editing) so feel free to
ignore this recommendation ;).
