Ah, yes, small for a full IAM solution. 

Really, phpldapadmin can be restricted to show only the bare essentials,
so it can be adapted to allow users to edit themselves (you can even
configure it to use a username instead of a DN for login). You can also
limit the attributes it shows, etc.

If you want, I'd be happy to walk you through some ideas for you over
the phone. Just let me know. It would take about 5 minutes I think.

Hi Dustin, thanks for the replies.

Both.  We are a small organization of about 45.  I'd envision HR (which 
is one person),  IT (which is 2 people (including me)), and office staff

managing some attributes, and allowing 'self service' for some other 
attributes.   There is no integration of HR systems with LDAP, so it 
would be a manual process for now. 

Right now I manage LDAP entirely by myself, hence the desire for a tool 
that will let me delegate some functions to non-technical folks.
