The Exchange server sounds like it's old, and wheezy, so I'm concerned about large IMAP copies bringing the thing to its knees. I'm not sure what mailbox database storage pool looks like, information is still feeding into me atm. Unfortunately most of my users are not very technically inclined and as a result deem all their e-mail 'critical' (And I don't have time to help 25 people sort through 1-7GB of mail per-box :)). Selective moves aren't much of an option in this case I'm afraid.

Then it forces the users to sort their own mail and do the transfers themselves. However this puts a rather nasty load on IT (aka me) because inevitably each one of them will bork something :). This is a situation of 'least of two evils' methinks. -- Nick Whalen <[email protected]> _______________________________________________ Tech mailing list [email protected] http://lopsa.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/tech This list provided by the League of Professional System Administrators http://lopsa.org/
