Matt, Our EPC is compliant with the standard. Telrad did not break the standard, so please stop making this accusation. We are working with other eNBs and our eNB is working with other EPCs.
If this doesn't work, you need to talk with your friends at BaiCells. We will not troubleshoot their issues. I'm sure that BaiCells has a core for you to use correct?
