You didn't say they intentionally broke it but your comments lead one to
believe that's what you meant. The joys of communicating over text...

Chris did come off a little strong but I think this is a sore subject that
leads both sides pointing the finger at one another.

Meanwhile us customers are caught in the middle... lovely.
