This is the same question I have. I'd also point out that, right or wrong (and I'm not making a judgment call here), as I recall, it was a rumor of this exact thing that, in some people's minds, lent some credence to the accusation that standards-compliance was being sacrificed.

"Furthermore, we will soon be introducing new pricing for use with Telrad and non-Telrad eNBs." It sounds like you can pay for a standard, but that we will not be able to use hardware we have purchase with other vendors unless we pay you more money. That's not what you are saying, is it? This is in no way an attack, and your comment that we attack potential customers is absurd. When BaiCells stopped working with our core, this was not a bug or broken standard. If you would like to have a rational discussion, or learn more about our technology, we are happy to oblige. I was asking if anyone successfully had it working. And asking questions based on not having any more knowledge to the situation. However - it appears telrad still feels the need to attack any potential customer. The environment of sales at Telrad continues to amaze me. I am curious though: if the standard is a standard is a standard, why a need for different pricing for non-Telrad ENBs? Shouldn't the EPC licensing/pricing not distinguish between one vendor's ENB and another's? -- Nathan From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of chris daniels Sent: Monday, December 05, 2016 2:58 PM To: [email protected] Cc: Nick Dewar Subject: Re: [Telrad] BaiCells on 2020 Matt, Our EPC is compliant with the standard.
