From what I was told:  The EPC gained several additional LTE functions.  The 
Telred eNB knows how to handle the new functions, the Biacell does/did not.
I saw the Biacell eNB connect to the EPC then disconnect, then reconnect and 
disconnect over and over.  The EPC would allow it, but the Biacell eNB would 
disconnect.

There was never any testing between the Telrad EPC and Biacell eNB, other then 
it worked for me for a short time.

I dont expect it to work reliably unless Telrad and Biacell work together on it.
