Thanks! here is something else strange. In beams.pmx the beam on the E quaver in changed from a semiquaver beam to a quaver beam with \rbbu3 instead of \rbbu4 this causes a beam from the previous bar to extend across both bars. And in jbeams.pmx the beam is jumped across the to top staff, and then closed the \tbl leaving a gap between the beam and the stem.
