I never considered the possibility that anyone would want to have a slash on
a single grace with 2 flags. You are probably the first person in history to
try this, so there is no "normal".
my 'bible' on notational practice, 'Music Notation' by Gardner Read is not explicite on the number of flags on single grace notes; but all its examples of slashed grace notes carry only a single flag.
According to the article on grace notes ('Vorschlag') in 'Hugo Riemanns Musiklexikon' slashed grace notes have ordinarily a single flag. Indirectly is thereby stated that this may vary.
The documentation accompanying the commercial 'industrial standard' typesetter 'Finale' describes how to add slashes to grace notes with any number of flags and also to beamed grace notes. I'm using slashed beamed grace notes myself in my quartet for recorders '3 or 5 of 10 for 4' (found in the archive).
The MUP typesetter supports slashes on grace notes carrying multiple flags.
