Just to re-iterate, there are new Lenovo external USB keyboards that are
identical to the keyboards in current (or recent) Thinkpad models. And the
TrackPoint used on those models is also identical.

I have a "ThinkPad USB Keyboard with TrackPoint" which works great. It has
no number pad, which is why I wanted it. And the keyboard and TrackPoint
appear identical to those on my T60. If you like a keyboard with a lot of
travel, like the old clicky-style IBM keyboards, then this one is not for
you. But for me, it works great.

I also have an UltraNav keyboard from a generation before that, but like an
earlier poster, I'm not happy with the mouse buttons for some reason, and I
don't think the Trackpoint and keyboard are as good either, though perhaps
they are just old.
