Linux doesn't support the tablet functions as well as Windows does. I had my X61t dual-boot between Vista and Ubuntu, and found myself using Windows more often just because of the latter's superior pen support, especially OneNote. The power management under Windows was also better: I was able to get around 20% more time on the battery in Windows than in Ubuntu no matter how much I tweaked the latter.
