Is there a "sweet spot" hard drive anybody might suggest?

I was planning on stepping up to SSD for the X220, but I'm a bit
reluctant to put an SSD in the older X61s.

I have 100GB/7200rpm drive in now, but a somewhat recent interest in
photography has chewed through a decent chunk of my capacity. Are
there any particular drives that I should most closely consider?

Thanks again, -Scott
