Now you got me curious. Do machines you're referring to have orange refurb tags on the bottom and a changed letter in the 7-character model number? Our most recent refurbished unit (from an authorized Lenovo dealer) still shows over 800 days on the warranty. We had the option at purchase to upgrade the warranty even further.
